I'm still in Texas with my family. Haven't had time to work on the brain activity prototype. But a few things that are on my mind are how companies with research departments are set up. How do they manage the timeline of innovations and launching new products while also making money?

Another thing I've been curious about is the history of the heart rate monitor. How invented it? How has it developed over the years? What "form" did it have initially (was it always a wearable? Was it just a stethoscope?).

I think the history of the heart rate monitor (and the background of the individuals and teams behind it's invention) will be very informative (and inspiring) to develop brain activity monitors.
